Zachary Dean's Coffee Company is based out of Waltham, MA with our roaster located in Littleton, MA. What started as a hobby for our roaster Kevin ended up growing into the company we see today.

Kevin began home roasting beans on his grill due to the quality of coffee he had been drinking. He grew sick of throwing away three bucks on a mediocre cup of watered down coffee. So he bought some raw coffee beans and began roasting.

His son, Zachary Dean was born a short time later. Kevin thought it would be a great idea to hand out fresh roasted coffee instead of cigars to celebrate the birth of his son. So, half jokingly he made some labels with Zachary’s picture on it and called the coffee Zachary Dean’s Coffee Beans. Friends and family loved it. Kevin’s and his wife Kristin then decided to start a little business to bring in some extra funds for their new baby. It was at this point that Zachary Dean’s Coffee Bean Company was truly born. About a month after the real one entered the world.

From the beginning Kevin has promised to provide only the best beans, roasted freshly paying close attention to the quality the company stands for. After all, as Kevin would say, “I wouldn’t put my son’s name on the line with junk coffee.”
